I can't believe it took me 7 months to read it. I'm in Washington on San Juan Island. There is a dog park now, perfect for Ready, who is only 1-1/2. Husky is 12. He doesn't need the dog park, but he still enjoys it. I finished my dissertation, and it was accepted by the U. of Sedona, so I will be going to Arizona to accept my Ph.D., September 14. On the way I'll visit my daughter Jolinda in Sun Valley, Idaho. I'll stay here for the beginning of the school year, September 1, to meet teachers and principals. My contract for 2010-2011 is with the San Juan Island School District, to substitute. However, I might spend a while in Los Angeles, since my birthday and that of my grandson and great granddaughter are in October. Then, Thanksgiving is in November, Christmas in December. But I think I need to get back here before Interstate 5 is treacherous. I'm not sure when that will be. I'll write again after I catch up with your posts.
