I had to snicker at the meaning of “East Jesus”. Enjoyed all this so much. You write so well Sandi. I didn’t see the write up on you in the Moncton Transcript as I don’t buy the paper! Shuuuussssh that’s where my son works and I don’t want him to get fired! hehehe

Your salt encrusted dock photo is probably my favorite shot (that I’ve seen anyway.. as I haven’t see Sean’s full set) from our time on the Salton Sea together. It’s breathtaking!!

“Let’s talk about Slab City.” you have a wicked point of view and way of expressing it Sandi.

It is still hard to believe what you (and all the people who contributed along the way), [it may be more accurately said (IMO) what "we" accomplished] and the tremendous miles and ground that you (we) covered.

It is like the old days when it took days… months…. years to travel across the country. The Wright Brothers changed all that.

I am so expanded by this adventure and the perspective you shared in a very practical and lasting way Sandi. Thanks again for being on the point for us all.

Are you and the triangle and the jeep back home now parked in Windsor?

Great write-up. I grew up in So Cal, but never got out there. I’m working to correct that sooner rather than later.
