OK, we had some blog problems today and for that I really apologize! My awesome tech support friend Sheryl had a look at the code and figured it out right away. Seems I shouldn’t be using Word to cut and paste text into my blog – who knew?? I’ve been composing the blog posts in Word to save time on my air card, and because I found it really slow to do it on the admin panel of WordPress. I thought I was being so smart… apparently MS Word inserts a whole bunch of formatting/style coding that is stripped by a lot of browsers, but not Internet Explorer. So, some of the html code that was inserted through my using Word was screwing up the way the blog appeared, but in Internet Explorer only. I use Firefox, so I had no idea what was going on, because the blog looked fine on my end… Anyway, sorry for the screwiness, the last post is good now and comments are working. Let me know what you think of the campfire in a can!
I also need to send out a BIG thanks to Sheryl for solving the problem as soon as I contacted her. Also thanks to Chris, Cherie and Paolo for trying to test it out with me.
Now I need a drink.
